NEOM & Tabuk
NLS Industries supplies cable, structural steel, valves, pumps, safety equipment and lifting gear to Tabuk Industrial City and to the NEOM and Oxagon sites. Quantities are priced to the principal contractor's BOQ, and the long road leg north is shown as its own line when delivery is quoted from the supplier's point of shipment.
Demand in the north-west comes from construction and, increasingly, from heavy industry. Oxagon, planned as NEOM's industrial and port zone, is where the green hydrogen and ammonia plant sits. Sindalah, THE LINE and Trojena are being built through principal contractors, and inland Tabuk adds MODON's Tabuk Industrial City. Quantities shift when master plans are revised, so check the BOQ revision before ordering.
Hydrogen and ammonia duty raises the bar for valves. Fugitive-emission performance tested to ISO 15848-1, hydrogen-compatible and low-temperature materials, and certified material traceability are typical asks, and they narrow the supplier list quickly. Send the service data sheet, not just the size.
Large camp-based workforces mean volume PPE: safety footwear, helmets, hi-vis and gloves in repeating monthly quantities, and cold-weather gloves, thermal liners and insulated footwear for Tabuk and the Trojena highlands, where nights fall below freezing. Steel sections and plate, XLPE armoured cable for temporary and permanent power, and welding consumables are bought in bulk, with mill and test certificates required by the principal contractor's quality plan.
Delivery is quoted from the supplier's point of shipment. By road, Tabuk lies over 1,200 km from Riyadh and about 1,000 km from Jeddah, which is why coastal material usually clears at a Red Sea port first. The final leg is priced on its own and released in lots, not as one consignment.

The service data sheet: fluid, pressure, temperature range, the required fugitive-emission class under ISO 15848-1 and the traceability documents the client asks for. With those the quote names the valve type, materials and test reports.
Do you supply cold-weather PPE for Tabuk winters?+
Yes. Cold-weather gloves, thermal liners and insulated safety footwear can sit on the same enquiry as standard PPE. State the headcount and sizes so quantities can be priced.
How is material delivered from the supplier to coastal NEOM sites?+
We quote delivery from the supplier's point of shipment, usually through a Red Sea port, and price the last leg to site separately. Drops are phased against the contractor's sequence, so material is not left exposed on site.
